About Tal Hagin
What began as a deep curiosity about how narratives are constructed, manipulated, and weaponized grew into over a decade of hands-on experience at the sharpest end of the information environment. Conducting real-time OSINT investigations, verifying AI-generated media, and dissecting disinformation campaigns, Tal Hagin’s findings have been cited by the BBC, AFP, Newsweek, The Guardian, and PolitiFact, among many others.
As Director of OTUS at Golden Owl®, he leads a vetted human intelligence marketplace connecting expert investigators with the governments, institutions, and organizations that need them most.
Alongside this, he designs and delivers media literacy programmes, workshops, and lectures for journalists, academics, military personnel, and civil society organizations across the globe. In an era where anyone can fabricate reality, the ability to verify it is not simply a skill, it is a necessity.
